Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, carrier, or logistics factors.

We use trusted partners such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. All shipments are insured against loss or damage.

Damaged, delayed, or missing packages:

Incorrect addresses:

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout; we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Return Policy

How returns work:

  • You may return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Contact our Customer Service team at Support@TheGoodLifeSupply.com or call 970‑528‑1796 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM MST) to start a return and receive your return authorization and prepaid label.
  • Once approved, please ship your return within 7–10 days using a trackable carrier.

Return costs:

  • All return shipping costs are covered by The Good Life Supply.

Refunds & restocking:

  • For change of mind returns, a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or details of the issue.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non‑returnable items:
