We currently ship to addresses within the USA only.
Shipping cost:
All U.S. orders ship free of charge — no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST are processed the same day.
Delivery timeframe:
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, carrier, or logistics factors.
Carriers & tracking:
We use trusted partners such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. All shipments are insured against loss or damage.
Damaged, delayed, or missing packages:
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or shows as delivered but is missing, please contact us within 7 days at Support@TheGoodLifeSupply.com or call 970‑528‑1796 for immediate assistance.
Incorrect addresses:
Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout; we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

How returns work:
- You may return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact our Customer Service team at Support@TheGoodLifeSupply.com or call 970‑528‑1796 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM MST) to start a return and receive your return authorization and prepaid label.
- Once approved, please ship your return within 7–10 days using a trackable carrier.
Return costs:
- All return shipping costs are covered by The Good Life Supply.
Refunds & restocking:
- For change of mind returns, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
Damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or details of the issue.
- We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Non‑returnable items:
Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and downloadable software cannot be returned.
Order cancellations:
- Cancellations are accepted before shipment for a full refund.
